Half the rodeo ticket proceeds will benefit Careity Foundation where your dollars will stay local in the support of those fighting breast cancer. Careity exists to provide direct care that saves lives, gives hope, eases pain, and allows cancer patients and families to focus on healing. Services include cancer navigation, dietician services, nutritional supplements, mammograms, diagnostics, biopsies, surgeries, psychotherapy, social worker and chaplain services, as well as medical massage therapy, reflexology and acupuncture. One of the most highly anticipated events of the Stock Show, the Jr. Sale of Champions broke records last year when it generated more than $8.2 million in receipts for 288 youth exhibitors. Now held in the Watt Arena, there is plenty of seating available for bidders and watchers who appear February 8 waiting to see the gavel fall on the grand and reserve champion steer, barrow, lamb and goat and see the lives of these students change.
